These Terms of Service govern your use of Forge and any related services provided by us. Please read these terms carefully before using the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of the Service
Forge is provided for personal performance tracking and coaching purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pro and Lifetime plans are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
Forge and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Forge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your session data remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Your data can be exported before deletion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Forge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forge operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
